Return and Refund Policy

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have made our return and refund process as easy and straightforward as possible.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
The item must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with in any way.
Items marked as final sale or non-returnable (such as custom-made or personalized items) are not eligible for return.
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We will provide a return label and assist you in getting the product back to us at no additional cost.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to info@senyantrading.com with your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to return the item.

Packaging the Item: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RMA number and your original order receipt inside the package.

Shipping the Return: Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
If your return is rejected, we will inform you of the reason, and you can choose to have the item sent back to you at your own expense.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Non-Refundable Items
Some items are non-refundable and non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Final Sale items
Custom-made or personalized items
Gift cards or vouchers
Perishable goods or items with an expiration date
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following in your email:

Photos or videos of the damaged item
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
7. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please note the following:

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.
